If you could bottle it you'd be more wealthy than Elon Musk. LOL!

Is suffering real? Is love, joy real? Okay, time for philosophizing.

They are appearances just like waves are appearances of Water. If we embrace the appearance of love we are bound to also embrace the appearance of hate. Embrace one form and all forms are embraced.

From Vivekananda's "The Song of the Sannyasin"

"Who sows must reap," they say, "and cause must bring
The sure effect; good, good; bad, bad; and none
Escape the law. But whoso wears a form
Must wear the chain
."

Mandukya Upanishad most directly points to what is beyond form. Call it Turyia if talking about waking, dreaming and deep sleep. If talking about Om (AUM) it's the Silence/Stillness that follows (and precedes, underlies and permeates Om).

''In American English: turyia
(təˈrijə) noun. Yoga. the fourth state of consciousness, beyond thought, love, and will,
and beyond the awareness of variety, duality, and unity.''

Careful with non-English words here - it may turn new people away, thanks.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

I would say there can be much that holds weight in this world reality, be it said from the chap down the road or from a so called master. My only real concern here was that the foundation of this world reality has to be real as a foundation for suffering to be real or not.

It's doesn't even matter if suffering is of the mind for that same foundation applies. Is what is mindful real or not?

Suffering will have to follow suit here. That's all I am saying.

Intent, is all that is needed.

Perhaps in a way one would channel some entity or being from a higher density, as it is sometimes called the fifth density, the density of unconditional love.

I agree with you very much in this earnestly .If you see almost all science/disciplines , their axioms / theorems / principles / laws have an underlying conditions (many a times unwritten) viz - 'other things remaining same '. Often there is not enough understanding of this other things or there not enough time to jot it down or many a times these other things are exceptions written elsewhere (e.g. all metals are solid except mercury , increase in GDP is good except when it creates tremendous disparity of income) .

In the same spirit , spiritual laws should be read/understood /applied with a context . Spiritual laws like any other laws are not absolute-eternal-universal rules .

So I very much understand you questioning all these year on year in search of any absolute truths in spirituality which are applicable in material world verbatim literally unadulterated. But I too concede that there are no absolute truth in this material world.

I walk outside barefoot in ice and snow.
Nothing bothers me !!!!

But "suffering " is real.

Human suffering that is.

Some years ago I was in hospital for three weeks before they gave me a Laparoscopy to find out the cause of why i was there.
when they did the Laparoscopy, they saw that there was something serious wrong so they operated I was two minutes away from death
when I asked why it took them so long they Blamed me for having a Higher than normal pain Barrier,

Now I have got osteo arthritis Fibromyalgia etc and my pain barrier is lower so yes suffering is very real
