Hi Stephen,

Great to see you back and playing with Photoshop ! Adorable little boy ! I would almost guess from that smile of his ...... . I like the wildflowers in the background and you are using my favorite technique, of the painting look ... in your edit.

ohh very cool edits on the mountain picture too, each one so different and unique ! Love the sunset colors in the first one ( or is it sunrise ? I get those two mixed up on occasion,lol )

the second edit looks a little eerie, kind of like from another planet, there is a word... can't quite think of it at the moment to describe it better ...

and the volcanic edit ! wow ! look at the main mountain, the one with fire coming out of the top... and look straight down the middle of the mountain, do you see anything ? Each time I look, I see something slightly different, basically it looks like a totem pole of faces, each one totally different from the other ... most unusual ! I will describe them as I see them, after you take a look.

Great to see your new artwork ! I always enjoy your creations.

Funny you should mention the faces.... I noticed those as well during the edit!

Here's a closer view of the mountains side... there are numerous rock-animal spirits living in linear harmony...

Then there's the mountains main animal spirit as well..... I added the eyes to highlight the gorilla spirit within... :^)

Each time I look at the picture with the rock animal spirits , I see something different ! I am happy you see them too.

Guessing the gorilla is at the way bottom of the mountain ? I didn't even see him, large as he is, til you mentioned him.

Go back to the first volcano edit please ~ and this is what I see from the top down....

the first one looks kind of like Santa faces I paint, triangular shape white hair, I see eyes, nose, moustache and mouth

then a Chinese Panda bear with a tiny crown on top of his head

a duck face - the beak/ bill is very noticeable

not sure about the next one, at first glance, thought a cat with black ears and face, with white tuft of hair between the ears top of head, and white flowing hair about mid length on both sides of the face.

and when I look at the last edit you posted, with the gorilla ... waaaaay at the top of the mountain I see a mouse, definite mouse ears , eyes and 2 little white teeth!

It's kinda like looking at images and shapes in the clouds as they pass by... imaginative dancing is fun! :^)

yes, I love it !

once upon a time .... I saw a whole movie of cloud artwork, it was amazing, almost 13 different visuals one right after another. Of course, do you think I had my camera with me at the time ? no, wish I had ! I still remember them as if it were yesterday.

The rock mountain is filled with fun and creativity. So many animal images within. My kids would get a kick out of this as I did!
