Dear ones, you are invested in what you believe to be truth. You hold dear whatever it is that you have given power, as your truth. Be flexible and willing to let go of

what you once clung to, for if you are growing, you are also releasing those elements of belief that no longer fit your changing perspective of who and what you are;

and how you fit in the world. As spiritual beings, you are given a template to follow, but you also have free will and perhaps you do not always reach for what is

presented as an opportunity for growth. In every way, the universe is working toward sharing what is truth. We as spirits incarnated in flesh decide what to draw to

ourselves, and what to avoid. In truth, if one can see beyond the limited aspects of life, to the core of being, there is no better or worse, all is the same life force

playing the many aspects of interaction and in truth, it is all in the greatest Divine Order. One only sees as inferior if the mind is divided and in this one sets up those

situations in order to move beyond the rights and wrongs, to the very essence of being that holds nothing as inferior. One must be willing to taste something beyond

the perceptions of the lower mind, and realize through inner experience that truth is realized from within, as your true spiritual nature. So, remembrance, is the gift of

knowing what resides as your spiritual nature. The soul walks many paths of experience before it realizes it is All, moving in fleeting episodes of time and place, but, the

All is also that eternal stillness that is ever present, yet untouched by the outer storms. The more you stop and recognize these understandings in your day, the more

quickly you will return to your essence and know it as the ultimate truth. Life is practice, one practices in all endeavors to know perfection, for life is given as a gift so

that the embodied spirits, can once again choose to move back to the fullness and let go of all that hinders and blocks inner delight. Every moment is a new

opportunity in choosing joy, freedom, peace and delight Once one awakens the heart and sees love as motivation of all life, the perspective changes and love is

accessed as reality, rather than accessing disappointment. All receive some revelation of some sort through life as signposts to guide one ever toward the remembrance

of perfection that one begins the journey with. The seed is then nourished through experience and brought to its fullest state of existence. Perfection was always in

the seed, yet latent, and awaits its fullest blossoming into unlimited being, which is love. Thus, one ultimately lives in the body as that perfection and raises the lowly

nature of the ego personality back into the godly being that mankind is destined to achieve. It is no small matter, dear ones, you are all destined to greatness. Not

greatness of the body nature, you came to earth with, but greatness of the spirit, that glorifies every other manifestation of itself. It is the unleashing of that inner

light that distinguishes one who has overcome the material nature and grasped the perfect nature of All Being within. Babaji

Dear ones, what is real will always fill you with beauty, love and acceptance. What is real nourishes and feeds the soul. What is real strengthens, unites and activates

love. All strength, emanates from the center, from the whole. Reality is your strength, dear ones, it never divides, for there is no truth to division; nothing is solitary in

all of creation, only the appearance of image, can delude. In truth all is unity. The path of spirituality requires a commitment to walk in unity and let fall away all

divisions, lest one is pulled into the false belief of duality, or confusion. Stay steady and centered, traverse the world as a great river, not easily swayed from its

determined course to the ocean. Once divided, one must gather again all those tributaries and focus intent back to the center where divine power guides your

direction, for the great river is a power to be reckoned with. It moves with power and grace toward its goal. When you are assaulted with doubt and fear, remember

that the outer world will only reflect those doubts and fears, for the outer is the mirror that returns your thoughts and actions as the cycle of karma, which is living the

dream; so that one can inspect the self in its many aspects. The seeming many are only showing you self, so that the all can be accepted as each projection is

magnified and accepted as a part of the unity that is within. Love sprouts out of the experience of meeting each day, another aspect of creation and all creation stems

from the inner universe. Learn to observe as an actor watches a play and yet plays a part, knowing that the masks and costumes will soon be put aside and the true

spiritual body will once again be revealed as that purity that does not need to wear masks once it has recognized itself in every eye. The play of life, is ever rolling as

the wave, it crests then falls and crests once more, but the ocean below the waves is stillness and the surface storms do not touch its peace. Just as the creatures

swim by in that stillness, one recognizes the movement but it is observing without getting caught up in the action before it. All hold that inner stillness, it cannot be

abandoned, for it is the very essence of being and through all movement, it watches, ever at peace and serenity. The little (me), soon melts back into absolute love

when it can release all hold on outcome, opinion and a need to change the outer rather than realizing the inner perfection. When one lets go of control, one is no

longer controlled, a dream continues, only if you constantly feed it with energy and input, but once one realizes that the outer is but a show of ideas and projections on

a grand scale, one is able to move into a higher reality where all is based in truth which is not the reflection, but the reality of love. The road to self is the road to love

and the road to love is found when one accepts every aspect of the self, which translates to the all. It is simplicity, dear ones, complexity is of the mind. Babaji

Dear ones, if you are continually satisfied with the trinkets of this world, those things that attract and tie you to the temporal, how will you shift into a consciousness

where time and personal value are not of the tangible, but of the intangible? Can you grasp when there is no longer a physical focus to set your will upon? All that is

tangible, will no longer hold you, for as you rise above the dream state into your holy sanctuary, the material dream will vanish. Projections will be transformed into pure

love, and thus, no longer draw lessons to be utilized; rather, the outside world is then displayed as a great carnival of life, interacting as a unit for the glorification of

the whole. In other words, you will see beyond the tangible and experience the intangible. What once drew you in, will simply entertain as a movie entertains, for in

seeing through the productions, one rises above its structure and sees the inner perfection that was always there, but unseen. The physical eyes, see but the

surface. The spiritual eye sees all, beginning, middle, and end in an eternally unfolding now, for time as you have known it is but one of the structures of the play, a

prop to give the illusion of moments, like beads on a string. These, dear ones, are but an illusion. Omnipresence experiences all, in all ways, it is at once everywhere

and everywhere at once. If one yet clings to structure, then this will be provided, but many will move beyond that need, and indeed the shift is but a new way of

experiencing, for experience does include all aspects of the whole beyond time and space which is structure, yet it is not fully seen or realized. While you sleep, you

touch all these inner dimensions, which are the greater part of you. This reconnection is what recharges and revitalizes the body with light , as the higher self is

accessed and remembered. If it were not so, the body would deteriorate very quickly for the essence of being is the truth of who you are, and one is constantly in

communication with the true self, yet one does not fully remember. The super-conscious is ever in communication and remembrance of every detail on every level

without exception. So you see dear ones, that intelligence, is who you are, and yet as you play the part of a physical being, you do not access the memory of the

whole production, only the parts that are significant to what you are choosing to experience. Most of you go through life without the slightest clue that there is more

to self then the physical body, because such a state of mind must develop over many lives before one begins to remember by accessing the higher mind, through

dreams, visions and direct communication with the higher self. It is the spark within that stretches your concepts, it is what moves you toward greater acceptance, it

is what motivates you to take a path that is beyond selfishness and personal aggrandizement. The spirit within is your guide, your teacher, it is the essence of being

that walks with you, yet it is pure light without shadow, it is beyond the reflections of the physical. It is non physical, non local, for it is that omnipresence that is the

all. Ponder this dear ones, you are not limited by thought alone, you need only reach within where there is no limitation, no walls, no barriers exist except in the

function of how one perceives. The spirit is always and forever free, unencumbered, wise and unconditionally loving. When you equate self with this inner being, you

are touching essence. When you equate being with the body, you lose sight of your magnificence, for you are ever relating and living action through the body, raising

life to a greater octave by simple remembrance of your true essence. Every time you equate all of life as one, you add fuel to the fire, so to speak, because you are

feeding truth rather than illusion, and in doing so, the body concept alone is traded for a greater knowing, one that is all inclusive and based in love. This dear ones, is

the goal of life, to merge fully beyond every limitation with the source of all, realization of self as unity beyond all outer concept. Babaji

Dear ones, every sorrow can only hold a place in illusion. What holds true in the world of matter is but a dream created to sustain experience encoded with belief.

Conscious living, looks beyond and relates to the whole as equal, for division cannot be sustained in truth, it springs from the minds tendency to label and categorize for

the sake of separating. If one contemplates any part of the whole with unity consciousness, a pattern will emerge that links all of the parts, for nothing can live apart

from the whole, except in the mind. The more one separates the greater the confusion, because separation qualifies, judges and is never satisfied with the whole, for it

sees distinction, good and evil and this in turn causes fear. The body has its own will, based in illusion, for its safety is of a purely material nature, It cannot fathom

eternity, it cannot fathom love without condition, so one goes deeper to the heart of being, where unity is truth. Here the senses rest, for the heart cannot separate

what is one, when the heart is truly open. The heart is a receiver and transmitter of truth, when the complex is released and the simple truth is accepted. You are all

transmitting your personal truth to one another. Those who resonate at a higher frequency, override the lesser frequency, for the greater frequency transmits truth

rather than perception, or group mind. When one is open to truth, the frequency of truth is accepted, it resonates with that one and greater knowledge is then

available as one steps past fear and despair. It is important to stay conscious and hold the higher frequency, this alone helps to sustain the higher frequency for

others. Transmitting the higher frequency, is being; the mind is not held in the trap of the past or future, it is accessing the now, by utilizing higher mind, which resides

in truth, the unity of love for all being. Dear ones, you are sacrificing the lesser for the greater, the small for large, yet duality has no part of this greater

consciousness, it simply is unlimited being, beyond human choice, for choice itself is an illusion when one accesses truth, for all ultimately returns to what is real, as the

dream becomes dreary and tiresome, one begins to lift the spirit back to its home of love. Every realization brings joy to the heart. One becomes freedom as the fears

dissolve into the mist. Freedom is always based in truth, the little freedoms are but a stepping stone back to full awareness, where being is unstoppable, for divine

nature shines in every soul, waiting for the opportunity to rise in triumph over matter consciousness. Babaji

Dear ones, the language of love does not need words, for love is and always has been. Before the idea of creation, is love, and love infiltrates all aspects of creation

because it is the thread that creates the very fiber of creation. Though creation can take many turns because it follows consciousness, one, with free will, can take any

viewpoint along the line that seems to separate. In other words, one can sit on the side of destruction or on the side of love. Many move between these two poles, but

to be centered where there is no judgement, one steps into balance. Remember, dear ones, behind creation is the stillness which is impartial, all loving, all accepting,

where divine truth emanates. It is folly to see the creation with the outer senses as fullness, for the fullness is hidden behind the scenes, senses, and imagery that that

unfolds as creation. It is when one masters life through enlightenment that the world is seen with the inner light and fully understood. You are all situated in the grand

play to awaken to your true identity which is hidden deep within. You manifest thought, word and deed in every action. this creates harmony or discord depending on

what you choose to project. Choose a word, dear ones, that resonates with your spirit, such as love, peace or joy and keep that word ever in your mind throughout

your day. Let the repetition of that word become such a habit that is becomes automatic in the back of your mind. Then, when you have moments of stillness, examine

that words meaning and all the different aspects of it. For example, love, nourishes, embraces, radiates, fills, etc., go to the very depth of your word and let the sweet

emotion of that word fill you. If you choose to do this, eventually the word will fill your consciousness with what is true and your day will unfold with awareness. It will

lead you to the inner awareness, where you are gently guided throughout your day. Use one word for the duration of a week before changing words, so that it will

become automatic. If you should forget to repeat your word, be gentle with yourself, when you do remember continue again to repeat your word. This is an exercise,

not a chore. If you are confronting a problem such as anger, use a word such as peace. If you are troubled with confusion use a word such as harmony. It is simplicity

itself to retrain the minds old grooves and created new ones. There are many simple ways to keep on track with your spiritual heart. This is but one example.

Remember, in every heart is truth, it is but choice to make it known or to ignore. Babaji

Dear ones, place your trust in those things that are of a permanent nature. What is reasonable in one plane of existence, has no strength in the the plane of true

existence. You are standing at the very edge of a dream and your essence calls to you for recognition and acknowledgement. One terminates the old by embracing

that which has true substance, for this alone lives in truth. The world of matter tends to stratify and separate relationships, so that each stands as an individual

reality. This is the illusion of separation, for every reality stems from one creation and just as the light spectrum can be split into many different colors, each color is

but a different frequency of the light which projects it. It is significant while one sleeps in illusion, but the divisions fall with deeper understanding, until one realizes

hat oneness is the very essence of creation. Could you see the atoms that seem to hold together the body, you would realize that there is no true separation of self

from the whole. It is the dream of perception that holds the body in containment. With broader vision, the illusion falls, and only perfection is experienced. Solid,

liquid, air and ether, are but the tools of perception, to present concepts and ideas, but one is not limited to these perceptions. It is but mind and the habit of a self

limiting perception, that hold you in a box, because dear ones, there is no box, nor limitation; it is merely collective belief that holds the images in place. Love is the

agent of freedom. To love with complete abandon, by understanding ones true nature, all the false systems collapse, just as a wave collapses upon itself before it

unites once more into the sea. You are each challenged to look beyond, to know that behind all phenomenon, is perfection, hidden only by the minds ability to hold

onto belief. Your power always walks with you as you drift through the land of dreams. It waits in fullness and wisdom, it waits in absolute patience and love for you

to discover this fullness that you are. Babaji

I don't mean to derail anything here I read a few of Lovetruths posts in this thread and I did something that I just have to tell you about!

I closed my eyes and in my mind said "God" then I visualised a golden light running through my body and suddenly a voice speaking in the first person about my mental illness said something like this:

"Its going to be okay, I have to be patient, wait another year and then visualise myself having my desired optimum mental health, it will be another year because I just have a few more things to learn"

I have schizoaffective disorder (schizophrenia with bipolar disorder) and have been trying to visualise myself better for a long time and was upset and confused over how it wasn't working for me. But now I know its going to be okay, I just have a few more things to learn and then I will be able to visualise again and this time it will work!

Dear ones, hasten your determination to exceed that which is mundane and pursue those deep spiritual reservoirs that reside within. Divine grace is plentiful, and it

takes but a moment to place your deepest intent in your heart so that your day follows a path of spiritual insight. Just as an athlete pushes the self to exceed previous

limits, one must apply effort to spiritual practice so that it becomes an ingrained habit that brings noticeable results. Will, and action create these results. If one is

dedicated to spiritual perfection and takes the steps to unfolding ones path, success is guaranteed. Always keep uppermost in mind what is of greater importance. the

body dissolves back into the earth, it is the spirit that lives and carries every lesson onward to the next level. One cannot expect results if the mind is scattered or

upset. Silence is the gateway to the inner realms, where the true self resides. Its concern is for the inner delight, its purpose is to re-unite with perfection by realizing

perfection was never truly lost, only put aside while one traverses experience. But one need not stay in a place of forgetfulness, your lives will take on unlimited access

to all things with the purest understanding, so that all becomes that sweet delight. Do not be followers, dear ones, forge your path with courage and power. Do not be

afraid to learn fully who you are, allow yourselves to stretch beyond limits, beyond belief and open wide the boxes you have built around your awareness, so that your

perception sees beyond the veil of deception. You are each crowned with glory and yet you hide from your true beauty by pretending that your body is in charge.

Dare to see your beauty and the beauty of each other, accept the grace that is given; but you must meet that grace halfway, for all that is worth achieving can be

achieved by submitting to that perfect inner grace. Babaji
