It was yummy. I just wish I could bake desserts from scratch or bake Vegan versions of Walnut brownies(brownies with Walnuts in them are my favorite ) or chocolate chip cookies ect. I'm sure if I really wanted to learn how to make recipes homemade style than I could. I'm just Lazy and unwilling to do so. I always drink a glass of Blue Diamond Vanilla flavor almond milk with Betty Crocker brownie or chocolate chip baking mix.

girlsearching, lol, I think we all have those combinations that we love. One of mine is a piece of bread or toast with peanut butter and sliced pickled jalapenos.
Old fashioned pot roast tonight.

Lol Thanks Linen53 I never had pickled Jalapenos
With Peanut butter Sounds like a craving lol. I just wish to have more vegan desserts to eat along side with Vanilla Almond milk. We have a healthy Vegan grocery store but it's not in town it takes 21 km to get there .

First time I ate jalapenos was in Texas. Before that I ate Italian wax peppers.
girlsearching, we have to travel 45 miles (72 km) to get to the health food store. So I do understand. We usually load up when we go there.
