My grandson Nick whacked a baby wild pig out in the woods late yesterday.....about a 10 pounder........its going on the barbque pit this evening for supper!
It should be very tender!

I am thinking chicken on the bbq, as the weather might be mild enough. Sides, fresh veggies. Maybe orange, grapefruit segment salad, supremes, my southern grandma always served it at family dinners. Very refreshing.

Sorry I've been gone a few days. 2 nights ago we had grilled bratwurst sausages, and last night burritos.

I ate a store bought frozen pizza . It was a supreme pizza ; it had pepperoni, Sausage, green and red peppers. I also made some Walnut brownies using Betty Crocker brownie mix for dessert .

Kid party food is the best! So pretty and fun! I loved the mall food at the UK, especially curry and shawarma! Oh an of course fish and chips!
We had salad, with every vegetable I could find in the house! 😊 |
