So i'm realising now after going to the park just, getting soaking wet in a sudden rain storm, as I drink my coffee now, I can't change the world, but I can help it... Science has too much of a grip on it now, for - 'better or worse' - for us now and generations of the future...

So the gorgeous blue energy I seen in meditation early this morning, when i'm given information/guidance exactly when the words came to me early hours, to 'push helping the mental health issues' of the world and all its people caused by this virus and lock ins...

So I suddenly realised during my walk - its not just on here, but i'm going to revamp my website very shortly, to focus on mind strength and vibes for better health, and a stronger immune system - with a smaller virus page helping the jabbed and unjabbed.

Speak up all - what's happening where in the world, its our kids future we're creating this last 2 years, with all that's gone on and how we deal with it...

It's amazing - someone comes up with a possible solution with knowledge, and an idea of positive adverts on TV for fighting viruses when the worlds in turmoil - and so little support, and thank you to the ones here that do support and message on here.

And the website's on turtle pace lol unbelievable, 10/20 new people a day, not enough... Wife's going to a wedding tomorrow and the hairdresser's phoned, she's got a family emergency on, and can't come put her hair up, so we put a message on a town group on Facebook and its gone ballistic with support lol.

My wife's totally onside now with my work, after being my biggest critic a year ago - so just in my conservatory, I look up to my Angels/my support, and laughing and say its unbelievable, and the light/reflection came on under the eaves, yes lol, world's gone mad - or can't be bothered mode.

On the positive side here, the presenters on Radio 1 and 2 are so good with laughter, lifting people's vibes - doing a good job... Some light will appear here again 'if' we keep our heads up, hardly a mention of viruses the last 2 days on the radio news - that'll do...

Went to the Indian Center and Got my booster. They gave me a new card and told me to fill it out 'later'.

While there, they gave me 2 COVID-19 test kits, a box of gloves, a box of masks and some other stuff which filled a bag completely.

I appreciate your upbeat look upon this virus. It has inspired me to start cooking which today consisted mostly of roots and greens.

I'm up early hours little dogs missing his mum, he sleeps with us at our feet lol, and she's gone to a wedding - ive adjusted that last message, tinnitus was up early hours and thoughts, so there's something, I'd written it slightly wrong or I'm supposed to add this here, just know there's something or someone reading is struggling, so I go get a brew and i'm off for some nod......

Sometimes when we're struggling in life, we have to learn to tell ourselves 'tell Ed' the mind/brain, as in self talk - today is going to be a better day Ed, and yes I've done this myself to buck me up many times in the past, so you can do this, get as much help as you need - pick up the phone text/speak to someone... today is going to be a better day, make it happen - in your hands.

No giving up 'its not the way' we have to see our life plan through all the way - so make 'them good' the days eh - Stay Strong....... Have a good day all...

How things change..... science and media are trying their best to ruin Christmas 'its coming for you' and it'll probably work to some extent because they'll shut down millions of immune systems with their fear effect.

It is being suggested that the first 2 jabs were rubbish, but the good news is the boosters much better - but people are beginning to question and rebel - I've seen them on groups making fun of how many jabs, and no more.

So, what do we do people think - what about trusting the immune system?? And even better learn how to power it up... And they think if only we knew how to - and it was explained on TV.

I seen a pic of Boris somewhere looking handsome, I don't think - about 200 years old saying - just 2 more jabs and we'll be there...
