From what I know of your journey, you went through an energetic awakening triggered by a certain individual, then when events did not go your way that same energy reacted against the perceived conflict for the sake of protecting itself.

This is very common after awakening and is called the dark night of the soul. It's something that you just have to accept and allow, without judging yourself for it. The purpose of it is to face and release the 'shadow self' (which is what is reacting) and rewire your newly awakened energy into the right direction. Your energy at the moment isn't flowing in the right direction, so you are experiencing that internal opposition to what is occurring in your external reality. When you confront the darkness within you then you realise it's not what you want or where you are meant to be going and then you can reroute your energy to flow in a healthier way.

So it's all part of the process, and nothing to be worried about. It is a very normal thing and afterwards you will see the wisdom in it. For now as Ocean Breeze stated, channel that dark energy into creative endeavours to help release it. I channeled mine into music, poetry, art, ect. There is nothing truly 'evil', there is just misaligned energy.
