rumbling sensation in head

its different with everyone some do not have a good experience, i think its because some do not accept and overcome the ego totally, i did and everything was more ok than it had ever been. everything finally made sense. so many strange things happened the spirits seemed to follow me everywhere all the time. i would be so psychic. i would go into a trance like state where knowledge would come in the interpretation of symbols and just like flying through space where i was one with everything. i would sit for hours and hours on end alone and quiet having sooooo much fun in my head, i would be like what am i going to think about today and choose a topic like my child hood or the evolution of souls and something would give me all the answers. i would connect two different topics and the meaning would come full circle i would know how the world is just energy being interpreted as matter i could see that so clearly as if i was in the spirit world myself. now i can not go so deep in my head and forgot most of that type of knowing but when it comes to the ego i retained everything, the struggle was hard at times, i would start to hit a block because i was scared like i would realize a very bad aspect of myself but then i would tell myself to just think that i will stop the cycle now and move forward, if theres nothing i can do to change the past at least i will change the future. i think most people would suppress it as soon as the bad feeling came, not working through it and then more realizations start to back up creating a warped understanding and the ego would just go crazy trying to handle the suppression vs truth.

some people have more physical things happening during kundalini where they would pass out for hours or go into a laughing fit (i did this) some get very anxious or depressed some get angry Ive heard, but some may never even realize that it happened.

That's interesting. I've felt a sensation of falling backwards inside my head. When this happens I feel as if I'm starting to tune into somewhere else. My vision distorts but I've never fully gotten there wherever it is. It usually startles me and that pulls me out of the experience.

Amazing experience w/ kundalini mahakali! I did not feel anything emotionally when kundalini occurred. I did feel this great love a few times after but it only lasted seconds. I know in one case it was felt by another. She was a stranger to me. She was asking me a question at work. I suddenly felt a great love for her, as if I could see her very soul beyond the physical body. As I felt this loving expansion her eyes got big and she started stuttering as she spoke. It was a marvelous feeling.

I've gotten knowings but I know what you mean about forgetting them again. For me they happen when the energy is up. When the energy goes down it is harder to remember, to experience knowings, no expansive feelings.

My teacher, a Kundalini master, says ALL spiritual experiences ARE Kundalini experiences. It is not necessary for the experience to be dramatic to be a Kundalini/Spiritual experience. In the end, there are no more dramatics just a feeling of deep and everlasting peace and a totally transformed experience of life - a new awareness. Towards the last stages we can touch that space but not hold on to the experience. When the ego is completely in surrender, and we are deserving, grace comes to finish the job and we become permanently anchored in the crown chakra - cosmic consciousness. (I can hardly wait for that one!)

Wherever the experience manifests is where you are at, basically.

Unblocking the head area is the longest stage of the journey as the brow chakra is the seat of EGO. My teacher makes the joke that ego stands for Edges God Out.

in progress... My approach to all these vibrational shifts that take place in various ways in our awakening is simple: Just feel it all and breathe.

I haven't found that analyzing and finding out how to label what is going on is beneficial, but often quite the opposite... distracting me from from the real event: fully experiencing... and going deeper.
