I have yet to have a conscious o.b.e. my self , but there are reports of many different heavens and hells . Not created by God as reward or punshment , but by thoes that believe in them and know they belong there .

Apparently what we know as heaven is just the higher astral realms. So sure- raise your vibration high enough and I don't see why not.
