Hmmm chicken and egg theory, wot came first, the chicken or the egg ??
I used to work in estate agency, and folks would ask, 'Should I look for a house first or should I sell my house first ?' and the company had this whole spiel to be learnt called chicken n' egg ........ that was, well, just designed to get them to put their house on the market with our company really, lol.
..... but I digress.
Man I hated that job.
