I have all of Colette Baron-Reid's decks and I really want to focus on working with them, at least for the beginning of 2015. They really speak to me and I find myself reaching for them more than my other decks (And I have a sizeable collection.)

I only have a few decks on my wishlist right now, all are oracle decks. If Tarot of Dreams (US Games edition) comes out in 2015 I will definitely pre-order that one.

Tarot of Dreams (sigh). Beautiful deck from what I've seen on Ciro's website, but I love all of is work anyway.

Had a look at the Tarot of Dreams, and yes Ciro's artworks is stunning! I love the 3D effect on these cards, love this one:

But I've seen that on some cards the proportion of bodies is incorrect and I always find that extremely annoying. I've sold decks from Doreen Virtue for that reason ..
My Robin Wood Tarot has this thing with a woman's leg on The World card.
I can sort of live with it.. still annoys me though.
Ciro made a similar mistake with The Star's leg .. (And lots of shoulders and chest areas are anatomically incorrect :/ )

Received my Arthurian deck two days ago. Looks quite a bit different from the RW deck I'm used to. So much water in these cards, lol! And I noticed they have some soft female energy, no matter how dramatic look the images on the cards.
I feel I have to expect less physical manifestations with the Arthurian deck, but it could be quite useful when a readings is about emotional or spiritual matters.
I thought there would be a booklet with basic meanings attached to the deck, but nay... Never mind, it could be a positive thing, since I learn cards' meanings by practice.

I perceive it's going to be a long and interesting journey with the Legend.

Merry Christmas to all who celebrate it today!

I have trouble letting go of decks I like. In 2014 it continued to be the Fantasy Showcase Tarot. But I'm looking out for Decadent Dreams around springtime. I just bought the Sidney Simes Tarot from this same artist - very fond of it but it's just the Majors.

I quite like the Thelema Tarot from Lo Scarabeo's 2015 catalogue. It has one or two nice offerings. And if I get my hands on it, I'll buy Folchi's "Tarocco Storico della Citta Di Ferrara" - one of his earlier ones.

...

Oh Lorelyn I've been looking through the Lo Scarabeo catalogue, some nice 2015 offerings in it. I agree, the Thelema Tarot does look like a nice deck.

I am liking the sound of Jasmine Becket-Griffith's Fairytale oracle, rumoured to be released later in 2015.

So many decks to choose from, that is my problem.

LunaAngel, my daughter received Doreen Virtue's Past Life oracle today, she's very excited to have her first oracle deck.

The one that was on my 2015 wishlist --> Wisdom of the Hidden Realms by Colette Baron-Reid, is off the list: I bought it, haha.
You ppl will bankrupt me with these threads on nice decks!!
I'm also very interested in Shadow & Light deck and Oracle of the Shapeshifters by Jasmine Becket-Griffith and Lucy Cavendish. And now you mention yet another deck by them ...

But first I'm going to enjoy my Wisdom of the Hidden Realms when it comes in! Other nice decks will have to wait .. if only I had a magickal money tree in my garden, hihi

I'm a RW girl but if I were to purchase a second deck... and I'm thinking about it... I want The Fountain!!!

Some of the cards are just SO CLEAR to me (probs because it's way simpler than Rider Waite). Sometimes if I'm struggling with a reading I'll actually flick to a Fountain card and the meaning comes through really clearly.
