This reminded me that as a child I had synesthesia. I perceived numbers and letters in all sorts of variations of colors, and actually taught myself to read using the colors. Around the time I started school, I had the first encounter that I remember and it seemed like within days I lost the synesthesia. I still remember how it faded, the lighter colors went first. The darker last. I have always wondered, which of the two happenings was responsible for the loss, beginning school? or the visitation?

How do you mean?

By "mind's eye" do you mean like when we dream?
And "literally" do you mean, in front of you in your physical space?

Mind's eye is like imagination and visualisation. Literally is yes like you said right in front of you in your physical space. Dreaming I think would be a mix of the two.

I meant, did you 'feel' it was coming from the back, or did you 'see' it?
I had a Reiki session where I 'saw' a fist plunge into my sacral chakra, though I didn't feel it, I knew.

In my view, visitations tend to support us where we are in life. Love is like that.
