yeah its so true and so necessary for the "real " love. the love thats not based on lust or selfish wants and needs. Me and my twinflame have managed to erase the ego and the negativity by following it.

I think people like the theory... but 'be in it' is what I always say

This has really moved me, I was definitely supposed to read that tonight. Such simple words have made me realise many things about my own relationship, right now - this very evening I have been feeling very insecure - I have pretty much fallen wildly in love with a man I believe could be my soulmate, but has just returned to university as a mature student, quite some distance from me. I trust him in terms of fidelity, my insecurities are rooted more in whether a relationship with the distance and lifestyle barriers can survive. This post has made me re-evaluate a lot of things, and has led me to realise how we can move forward. Thank you so much!

One guy says romantic love is this and that and the other thing, but that's just a notion, it doesn't mean what he says is true. I read it and find so little meaning as it has so little bearing on my actual direct experience of relationship.
If love you love someone just love them, because it will never fit a paradigm like the list in the OP, and never take notice of anything besides the actual experienced feelings you have and share.
Beautiful? What is that? Something that feels sentimental? It's nothing compared to the feelings involved in your relationship.
When I say 'be in it' I mean just be in love, because this list of definitions is so shallow in light of the depth of your actual feelings.
