Thank you BigJohn - just an update for all here... I decided today to got to the local hospital - to be nosy for information, and i had one question for the receptionist 'how is our hospital doing for covid compared to others in the UK' - we had spoke before and exchanged a positive smile and she fetched someone else - all she could say is we can't put one of your posters up lol - i said i never asked you to - so i said to her 250 businesses and shops are supporting this 'showed the poster' and i was wondering how you are getting on - anyway she didn't know or not going to say - i expected no more, they are busy - and i got a smile out of her so that was something i suppose, and wished her a good day and she said thank you for what you're doing, but its the shops they do this...

On the way back a song came into my head 'my support send IMO' - 'half way to the danger zone' - where's that come from i thought, well its highway to the danger zone - i don't know how to take that lol - anyway i keep pushing, have a good day all...

Hey Heightend my brother from the other side of the world, i'm good thank you, couple of times last few days I wondered if you're still here - and I was so busy I just clicked on your name and won't show me posts so didn't know - wow you've been in some battles here, and I was wondering did he survive an yes he did - so have I, and so have I survived.... I'll have a look later see where all the action is - take care...

I'm going to do some explaining to all shortly about how 'I' fend off viruses using the power of my mind...

Ive been trying to change my photo slightly, make it wider to add some tiny animals, just to see how it looks, but can I upload it!! system failed - I must be missing something simple.. I was a mechanic for 30 yrs so I'm good with an hammer, and that didn't help - and 20 yrs website designer so what am i missing, bet its something simple - any ideas anyone had the same problem...

On my previous message I thought the song meant heading for trouble - then thinking after it was heading where the trouble is... and the photo I was updating the profile photo instead of the Avatar - web designer me lol focus...

There's quite a lot to read here, so i'll put it in 2 or 3 messages - ive spent some time on this, but i'm hoping it might help a lot of people on here...

Some of you new people to this forum looking on now - you might have thought occasionally - 'wonder what you can do with the power of the mind' - this and that, but many here will say its unlimited - I'll just leave that thought with you for a moment...

So, many regulars here will know there is a lot more gone on with covid on this forum with the other thread on healing which has gone on its holidays, no need to discuss that, we are where we are on this thread now for as long as this one stays...

So i'll just explain to you, one of the things I can do with the power of 'my mind' - ''I fight viruses'' - ''with the power of my mind''... ok not upset anyone so far - hey what do you mean you've got a dinner date, come back... ohh and we've had some battles here one way and another, but many like the idea - so that'll do me...

In meditation I connect to my defence cells... Visualise them in harmony, and guide them to any incoming virus and get it moved... When I visualise cells moving towards the problem area, I then press on the part of the body that is giving me a problem, that in my estimation is being caused by a virus, because 'they' can't always find it, they hide in one of our cells...

They not only cause colds and flu, but sickness, and they can get into our joints as well - in back discs, hips, shoulders etc etc... Catch it early is the trick, they can hide in cells so defence can't find them - In my mind 'in thought' I say cells on guard 'virus attack' and its here, pressing gently for a moment where the problem is if i'm busy at the time - then later in meditation do the same again better, when i'm more relaxed...

Always worth remembering cells have some consciousness and make decisions, and even squabble over who's going to be lead cell... Just think of yourself as their leader from above if you like, yes I know sounds strange I know - so it did when someone said the world was round - no comparison of course - and I always remember that little 'thank you cells' you shifted it - or if there is no problem daily - system clear, well done cells...

In March my wife was working in the front line in a card shop with mothers day so busy and lockdown almost immediately... Shortly after she developed a bad chest, so ill she was, lost taste and smell, never happened before those losses - I looked after her, I had a slight chesty cough for a couple of days, shoo it off whatever it was - sometimes in 'my estimation' better off not knowing what bug it is when fighting it, no fear get it gone - unless it gets too bad then call the doc...

When i'm talking to someone and reading their energy quality by looking - its not about how strong their muscles are or how much energy as in running marathons - its the quality of energy 'vibrations' of their energy... Some older people can and do have high 'vibes' because they are slightly away from the materialistic world, and many at older age more 'in tune' with spirit...

We are all made of energy 100% positive and negative, we need to work on removing any negative energy that gets stuck and causes many different health problems... One good thing came out of lockdown - I was saying to my wife only today 'strands of your hair has stopped falling out' clogging the hoover up, it did but doesn't anymore, and hay fever she sometimes gets, virus can do that similar symptoms - and her acid re flux problem has gone, and she's been back at work for a few months now... In lockdown we had loads of time to discuss being nice to each other and being positive, raised her vibes, and we worked on some laughter to keep us strong...

I seen a man today and we got chatting, and I was telling him I fight viruses using the power of the mind, hey wheres he gone - anyway we chatted and he suddenly asked did your doctor tell you this, let me think - nope... anyway it turned out he had a lower back 'disc' injury coming and going, so I told him viruses can get in joints and I explained the exercises to do lying on belly, and resting 'on elbows' gently stretching to ease the damaged disc part 'stretching the other way' to how we spend our lifetime - for 10 seconds a time 3 times a day, gently - and as I left he said i'm going to call you doctor - doc lol... This is a good exercise for younger generation, once or twice a day 10 seconds stretching, your back will feel so much more supple and stronger, and save specialist back problem visits in later life...

And 2 ladies today when I was on my bike, both about 80 yrs old, so positive both were, walking their dogs, separate conversations - their energy 'vibes' was high - I told them both - cells get renewed every 7 years ''so we are never older than 7 years cell wise'' and their mind was strong, and nice smile as well in conversation both of them...

Several years ago before my research years - 'I had' bad rashes on both arms for 9 months - doctors couldn't shift them - as soon as i got into my research with self healing energy and 'raised my energy vibrations' they disappeared totally, not a blemish on my skin these days at 67 years old, and not seen a doctor or taken prescribed medication in 3 years...

It is so important for a strong mind and immune system, also better health to keep smiling, have a laugh, and 'be kind' to people - aggression lowers immune system and vibes... and remember to sing in the shower if you want to, and help make others feel happy during your day, as in helping them with being kind - this will strengthen your immune system - kindness and feeling good...

Yes, brother. I am well aware of the power of the mind. (When I meant battles, I didn't mean on the forums). The mind has unlimited possibilities. One of my thoughts were many many years ago if you can think of it, it can be created.the other one was, what is faster than the speed of light? The speed of thought.

The other day I said to my wife as we got up, I have a slight tickly cough, and that's a rarity with me these days - oh dear she said... not a problem - stay positive, cells are on amber alert - 'on guard cells' - and it had gone later in the day, well done cells... I would just like to say when any of you lovely people here get a problem that you think can be virus related - they can get in anywhere - you might feel a dodgy tummy, then some time later it can move and the next few hours or the next day in early stages - suddenly you feel a sore throat coming on, or even in your back, headache, anywhere basically... That's how they work 'looking' for a nice comfy place to hide so your defence cells can't find them...

So with all my research over recent years with the power of the mind, self healing, viruses and our defence - the trick is to catch all viruses early, get it moved on, and keep it moving till its gone - just say to yourself in mind or speak, its hiding over here cells, and press gently with a finger for a second or two, to show where its hiding ready to cause trouble...

I have in the past for my entertainment in meditation, visualised cells surrounding a virus and one cell poking a stick at the virus, come out you little bugger - and then when it came out of its hidey hole and another cell is waiting with a big spade, smacking it on the head - splat... this was just for my entertainment - it creates strength of mind, doing something - but usually I visualise guiding cells to the virus, as I know where its hiding, and let them do the rest - not even rocket science, its just knowing, and I hope others here find it helpful in this battle we're in... good luck, stay positive, smile/laugh and help others - this will strengthen your immune system...
