There's a lot of colds, flu's and sickness about here at the moment - one school had to be closed with the effects of 'normal sickness bugs' last week - so as science has its say, and plays its part, and most have their booster to boost the jab, and the triple booster to boost the booster one never knows - and jab or no jab, this is a decent option here to help strengthen immune systems further.

So besides the information - and most has been said, and maybe brought up into view again occasionally here to inspire - and besides relaxing videos, also inspiring, light-hearted 'and' funny videos please... Let's make this the place to be, a happy dome - to strengthen immune systems.

Basically here we have knowledge to boost the God Given immune system using the God Given Power of the Mind, which hasn't been used correctly in so many millions of people worldwide, as in not knowing - and some self healing advice here along the way.

There'll be 100s and 100s of people looking on here every week from the outside 'hi there' - saying I don't need to join SF's I can just look on - I tell you this little group here is going to make a difference - why not come and join us, be part of it... Maybe be part of a small team that's 'going to make a big difference' as time marches on - we shall see.

The jabbing's been on a roll worldwide and it is what it is - people for and against it..... But the masking up 'that's where' I/we intend to try and make a difference - we don't want to be saying to our youngsters in 20 or 50 years time this is how it is - get your mask on... and if you don't think that can happen - don't be so sure.

Ive emailed dozens of UK radio stations today with my website with links here 'something's going to get through' as in maybe someone will say this group is worth listening to.

I have been counting the days to go by. On Monday October 11 we will be out of lock down for vaccinated people. Restrictions will ease further late in October and again in December. In December people that are not vaccinated will get their freedom. I am looking forward doing the things that I love to do. It will be four months at home. Now that it is getting closer to freedom I am not sure if I am looking forward to it. If you are fully vaccinated and have no bad health problems, you are very likely to stay out of hospital. Every day I hear people have died even though they have been fully vaccinated. There is going to be a lot of people that will die. It is people with health problems, elderly and disabled people. I feel for them. I wish I could help them but of course there is nothing I can do. When the lock down is over a lot more people will get covid. If the government handled things better we would likely not have been in this mess or not nearly this bad. We still have a lot of people getting covid and are a lot of people in hospital. Many more are expected to die. I am sorry to be grim but this is the way it is.

My husband said to me, wait until December to see what happens. Hopefully things will be a lot better.

That light comes, stay positive..... Is that the whole of Australia locked down or parts? they're going to have a massive MH problem there, so many locked away, strong ones as well - ive read where they fined people for being on the beach...

Sydney and Melbourne have been locked down. People get fined for not following health orders. People can go to the beach if they live no further than 5 kms from home. People can get fined for not wearing masks and not doing the right thing.

Unfortunately there will be MH problems. It would be hard for businesses and other people that are isolated etc.

I will stay positive because I have no choice. I either get on with it or I sink. I am looking forward seeing my daughter, partner and grandson soon. I am going to go bush walking, riding my push bike, playing mahjong etc. I will keep away from big shopping centres and crowds. I want to see how things go. I do not want to get covid.

Defence cells get renewed every 7 years all controlled by the power of the mind or not if fear creeps in - so remove that word, if it gets in my friend... We've been hugging grandkids for months now when wife invites them around, all live 20 miles away, and wife's been working in a busy card shop - no thoughts here of what if.

Normality will be back - my wife we think had covid in March 2020, she had overworked on Mothers day or she would have beaten it easy, but lost taste and smell as she was low energy at the time.

We were just beginning to learn back then - I got a cough for a day, i'd put a sarcastic message in my diary 'oh dear self healing specialist has a cough' - keep busy there with whatever you find to do - you'll be fine... No thoughts of bugs with scary names now - fear lowered millions of immune systems - its when they know they've got it its worst, knowing!! There should be a test in decades to come - you have infection go isolate - but not saying what - its a bug fight it - stay strong...

Talking to your body...

When I think back on, my now pushing 70 years on this beautiful and many times dangerous planet... I've done some miles I can tell you - and fell in some pot holes on my journey 'this lifetime' and dragged myself out of them.

When I look back now with all ive learned about 'bugs and vibes' - there's a title for my book - and I think about all the times ive had aches and pains, over all the years - if only someone had taught me then what I know now - but there again, it makes you stronger 'learning the hard way' - full on knowledge.

But i'll share a little here to help one or two looking on... Three things, 1, keep a strong mind - and if it isn't, then learn 'research' power of the mind, self healing, energy vibrations - 2, keep those personal vibes up, a little less screen time, some house plants near where your working online, and time in nature - and 3, the old enemy ''bugs'' - infections/viruses - I used to think this is how it is - it certainly is not if the body parts involved are healthy... So learn how to defend yourself from all predators.

The same as you hear in computer terms 'systems check' - do this several times daily - be aware of something aching that wasn't an hour ago - snivels, sore this, sore that, coming on... When I was learning all this several years ago, I was under attack a lot, daily! I know this now.

I used to do a systems check in the morning 'visualising' before the up - a blue bar of light scanning from top to toe, slowly going down my body - like you may see in sci fi films - then system clear, well done cells - or we have a problem here.... But the main thing is to 'be aware' of anything different daily - takes a few moments, when you stop for a drink in relaxing mode.

When I read that phrase........
it reminded me that I have been musing around for the last few days and have decided a new change in life might be in order. We are already looking in one area I have not been so it would be a whole new adventure. Where I am looking at is very close to public transportation which can take me to a river and maybe in the future, to the nearby sea. I love water. I also like exploring in new areas, enjoying the food and of course blathering.

Sounds very nice - a bit of river and sea, lovely... if/when it happens just drop your new address on the forum, and we'll come join you - it's good to have plenty of friends around.

Keep you busy that, with all your fixing knowledge, can you fix this for me John - how does this work John etc... keep your mind strong there my friend lol.

Oh and by the way, we need a babysitter for the night - suddenly thinking of all that - life is good...
