God is Truth!

Time, and the related dimensions of space, and gravity are the illusion...

In that sense I would say God and Truth are also illusions.

Looks like a Chic Tract. If all Christians believed like the Chic Tracts there'd probably be a lot more serial killers.

Hmm, it's nice to see Pshycoslice and Seawolf getting a long so well!

But I have to agree with Rin...

Let me tell you a little story....

Quote:
Once there were 5 blind men who wanted to know what an elephant was like. So they (being in India) all went down to the temple and visited the local elephant.
The first man grabbed the elephant's leg and said "an elephant is like a tree!".
The second man took hold of the elephant's ear and said "an elephant is like a piece of canvas". The third man caught hold of the elephant's tail and declared that "an elephant is like a rope". The fourth man took hold of the trunk and shouted "you are all wrong!", an elephant is like a snake, and the fifth man said "no you are wrong too", "an elephant is like a wall" as he touched the elephant's side.
As the blind men argued, the priest chuckled to himself, realising that they were all right in their own way, while none of them really knew the whole truth.

We all perceive the universe from our own unique perspectives. Perhaps we will never know "The Ultimate Truth", but for certain, the biggest barrier to finding the truth is thinking that you already know it!
Accepting and appreciating the truths that others hold may be the best way to arrive at a greater understanding of "The Truth".

Just a thought!

I just wanted to say Rin, that was a STUNNING list!
I can understand why you photographed it rather than type it out too!

There are several things there that don't make sense to me.
Like what is "remote viewing"? and what's wrong with Cyber Punk culture?
Meditation and vegitarianism seem pretty harmless too (even for a rabid fundamentalist!).
I had to google Lycanthropy!
LOTR? Lord Of The Rings?
Fire walking - ***?
Levitation - Why wouldn't you practice it (if you could actually do it)?
Oh Alt-Comix - absolutely LOL!
Trilateralism? Someone needs to tell The U.S., Isreal and the UK.
Skull and Bones?

Anyway, I'm getting bored now and it's hard to know when to stop!

I expected all the traditional stuff, just some of those others seem pretty random!

Most likely considering the list. Enjoying fiction and having an imagination is the debbil. Fuseball is the debbil.
