Definitely want to have a look in Rijswijk. Will keep that one in mind.

The only one I ever visited was in the RAI complex in Amsterdam but that was ages ago. I fell in love with an Aquamarine pendant and I bought it. Even though it was just a small one.

Oh, and I visited Paravisie manisfestations a lot a long time ago. They often had crystal sellers but I don't know if they still exist.

Sometimes you can find amazing crystals at a smaller fair in just some town.
I had that when the spiritual centre in Goes had its annual fair. All things spiritual but also a few stands with crystals.
From the distance I saw the most gorgeous golden calcite sphere I've ever seen! Full of rainbows, stunning specimen, and not even expensive.
That HAD to come home with me, hihi.


BTW never knew there was crystal/spiritual fairs in the RAI! Could still happen.

I can imagine taking the golden calcite with you. Would be hard to ignore indeed.
The show in the RAI was in a smaller part of the venue but it was decades ago.

I also want to visit Tosca Tetteroo's De Krater shop again sometimes. She was regularly at those Paravisie shows and my father bought me a Lapis Lazuli there a long time ago which i made into a pendant. Beautiful quality too. I have some books written by her as well.

Visited a distrubitor near Los Angeles last week and they claimed prices are going up because shipping cost are going up.

This Christmas, we might see an increase in rocks/crystals, etc.
The distrubitors I have seen, their shelves in their warehouses are only 10% full. They should be about full this time of the year.

Visited a few stores that sell crystals/rocks and noticed their shelves are also lacking material for sale.

Today, the Fall Tucson Gem Show began. It is a miniature in size of the January/February shows, which looked at as a whole, makes that event the largest in the World.

What I noticed is Moldavite is almost non-existent. Prices have increased substantially.

There is a spiritual store in the town, they are having difficulties getting stock in and what they have got has increased in price. and size

In the Netherlands, the shops are still full. Maybe the prices have gone up a little bit, but not by much.

Talked to one distributor.....
He was upset that shipping cost from India for a 40' container is now up to $10,000.00.

Another distributor, that has numerous containers in transit, claims shipping cost from China is now up to $30,000.00 for a 40' container.
I bought some crystal points from him for about $1.36 a pound. As I was buying them, the price was suppose to be about 33% higher but the employees had not gotten around to raising the price after they were told to.
33% price increase is dramatic!
