For some meditation means one thing whereas contemplation means something different......I am seeing these being understood differently but being used interchangeably.....

My preference is to meditate on love. Love is the energy that attracts abundance, the energy that heal and unites, the language of the enlightened master. Amen

All meditation should be effortless, if it isn't effortless for you then it may take some practise to bring the mind to a state of peace. Amen

The goal is to attain inner peace. Be at peace within and with the world around you. Amen

The basic principle is something like you are aware and nature does all the stuff, but in practice we find doing nothing is not the same as making no effort. It still needs a lot of attention, determination, work, persistence and so forth, and I think the word 'effortless' implies some finer nuances.

Mediation Come's With Practice!

Mediation Is Effortless!

The best way too start mediating is to start off slow, Do 5 minutes one day then next the day mediate for 10 minutes. Get The Picture?

All of us as humans struggle to mediate at first especially when we never made a life style

Practice is the mother of skill!

Let me know how you get on

Much Love
Jacob

If there was a big, red, shiny button in front of you that gave you everything you could ever want and need in your life…. Would you press it?

All those who pressed it, you are in the right place.

I don’t have a big, shiny, magic red button, but I do have the next best thing:

My Genie Script -

It is my 30-day program that’s designed to teach you my unique meditation technique .

You get everything you need to meditate and manifest all of your wildest dreams.

And it is super easy to do, even if you’re new to meditation because the unique sound and frequencies involved are so powerful do most of the work for you!

Just sit back, tune in, and change your own life
