Contacting My Guide
So I have only been trying for 3 days. I meditate regularly for about an hour and then start reaching out for my guide. How long did it take you to contact?
Also, I usually meditate with music such as Enya or Ray Lynch. Is this good or bad? Could it possibly interfere with contacting my guide?
