Blood test

My neighbour advised me some time ago to have a blood test. He said you can learn interesting things from that about the state of your health.

I was kind of sceptic about that. I feel very good and I know which supplements I need to get all the essentials I need.
And if you feel good, why visit the doctor?

I decided to do the test anyway. When I was there the doctor too was kind of reluctant to do the test. He said people who have a specific diet know all too well what they need in terms of food and supplements. They never have any deficiencies. But he agreed to let me have the test. And we made up a list of all the levels that would be examined.

So the next day I went to a clinic where they took some blood. The day after tomorrow I will have another talk with my doctor to discuss the results of the test.
I would be very surprised if something would be wrong with my B12 level. I feel quite confident about the outcome. I can hardly believe my cholesterol would be problematic.
