Awakening the feminine
I’m currently working on balancing my male and feminine energies. And I noticed while working on feminine energy I have a lot of lesbian dreams. I’m bisexual and happily married to a man. But I noticed while healing my feminine I have a lot of sexual dreams about beautiful women. Anyone else experience this?

How interesting! I'm a guy so I can't relate, obviously (though I wish I had sexy dreams about beautiful woman, my dreams are rather less pleasant at the moment ), but I find it really interesting nonetheless - all the people we encounter in our dreams are aspects of ourselves, apparently, so perhaps these beautiful women represent your own feminine beauty, and/or your female sexual energy? I think the emotional content of dreams is often significant - what sorts of emotions do you feel in relation to these dreams?

I'm not certain of course, but I think it could be a phase, a thing to work through and explore. Not necessarily acting on it though.
Many women are bisexual -men too btw- but apparently for women this can be traced back to days of old when they were in a huge harem and the husband could never keep all of the women satisfied. These women then easily resorted to sexual relationships among themselves.
Apart from that, the feminine energy is located in the lower abdomen which is also where sexuality is to be found. So in a way logical that certain sexual feelings or dreams surface when you begin to connect with that centre.
I think it's really part of a phase, discovering, looking at all sides of sexuality and what it means for you.
Nevertheless, look up the dream interpretation of sexuality and/or lesbian.
This is from my Dream Oracle book by Rose Inserra:
Bisexuality or homosexuality are about balancing the male and female aspects of yourself and accepting these qualities in your waking life, both the dominant and the nurturing.

This is actually what I’m going through now balancing the sacral. I realized most if not all of my relationships (platonic and romantic) were very imbalanced. Causing my sacral to be weak. I was always giving a hell of a lot more than I was getting.

Just thought I'd butt in and say a gay mans brain is more similar to a heterosexual female ,a Lesbian female's brain is more like that of a heterosexual male.

There are different explanations. The mainstream belief is that sexuality is fixed, and any 'new' sexual desires that didn't occur before were ''repressed''. I don't believe that, I believe sexuality can change and it is related to hormone levels. The simple proof of that is transgender people taking hormone medication and starting to have attractions to the sex they weren't interested in before. Perhaps hormone levels can also change with spiritual work or practice and that's what is happening to you.

. I always been interested in this topic. I have always been in touch with my feminine side.
But I am straight, and feel comfortable in my male body. I've always had questions about the sexuality the thing, to me they are very serious questions but I rarely get a response. Maybe people take offense in the questions, I mean no offense, I am just curious. I know what I think, but I been wrong before but no one wants to inform me of anything different on this topic. I think a lot of people are open minded on this topic but think the way I do but there left with a possible misunderstanding.
People can rattle on forever about the scientific possibilities witch my be true but there has to be more to it

Back in the 1970’s I worked as a nurse at a hospital newborn nursery. A baby was born with both male and female sexual genitals. That was the first time I learned about the term “hermaphrodite,” and witnessed an actual human being who was born that way.
Back then societies sexual morals were so uptight that hermaphrodism was kept secret. It is estimates that only 1% to 5% of human beings are born inter-sex, which is another word for hermaphrodism. It was viewed as a disorder in the U.S. and many other countries.
Gender is in everything but gender does not necessarily mean sex. Sex is and interpretation of gender, gender roles, etc. The feminine energy in us is very receptive, while the masculine energy is very protrusive. But gender based energy has nothing to do with sex. I am a heterosexual man who embraces my feminine energy.
Intuition is a feature of feminine energy, and it was once thought that only women were intuitive. Largely because in the past most males were insensitive to their own intuitive nature.
Dreams are subconscious processes. Sub-consciousness is amendable to suggestions from our waking consciousness. Our waking consciousness is inductive and our subconscious is deductive. Any dreams we may have are most often and extrapolation of memories, fears, or desires that we may, or may not, be aware of.

Men have both X and Y chromosomes so there's a little bit of female in all of us guys.
