Yoga......To Yoke together, UNION
The body exercises help to discipline both mind and body!
Try YOGA and see how much discipline it takes to spend 30 minutes a day doing it!
This discipline is needed to train the mind and body to receive its True Being.
A High energy requires a prepared body and mind.
Consider shooting 40 amps through a 10 amp circuit, what happens?
With a circuit breaker not much......
But physical forms do not have such a thing!
So what happens to a house without circuit breakers?
It burns to the ground when its circuits are overloaded.
Prepare your circuits!

Hi Racer -
Interesting & inspiring. When I've done yoga, I've felt so good both physically & emotionally...
Still, it seems to be something difficult to incorporate as much in my life now as I'd like. I have to go to yoga classes, because there isn't enough peace & quiet around here... & peace & quiet are an important experience of yoga. I guess I just have to make it more of a priority...
Thanks again for sharing this.

I use Wail Lana dvd's when I do yoga and I love her and recomend her to anyone who can't afford classes, get the beginner dvds, I think she sells them as a set. You will love her. Also I think she is on TV I think on PBS for you guys.

I've got an assortment of DVD's. It's cheaper in the long run than taking classes although I do take an occasional class.
My favorite teacher is Shiva Rea. Her practice embodies the sacredness I crave plus she is the best at teaching yoga.
I also own Rodney Yee, Patricia Walden, Susan Deasy and Paul Grilley DVD's. All are good!

I crave 30 minutes of yoga a day - no discipline required!
Yoga for me is also a great way to see how I am doing on the emotional/mental/spiritual realms as it usually relates to how well my body is working. For example, if I'm having trouble grounding myself I will be quite shaky or if I have alot of mind-chatter my balance isn't very good. Yoga is a great way of learning to listen to all your bodies and get them working together.

I'm going to do my 30 minutes of yoga soon and yeah some days it's discipline because after my 2 mile walk and my 1 mile swim I'm so tired I want to nap. But I always love my yoga.
