Another Hello!
Hello all you lovely people.
I'm so excited to have found this forum, I think it's exactly what I've been looking for. I'm trying to create a lot of positive change in my life, and I'd love to share the journey that others are already on.
I'm currently looking to clear some deeply seated emotional blocks concerning weight loss, basically anytime I have any success, aka 10 lbs or less, as soon as someone compliments me, I put on another 20. I'm trying to use EFT on this, but would really welcome any other thoughts, or find partners in this.
I'm also looking to learn about crystals and crystal/reiki healing, learn how to read tarot, and once and for all try to transform my deeply rooted negativity/my life sucks attitude and become the positive person that I see and envy in others. I've been having great difficulty with finding a decent job/career, again I think due to limited beliefs, emotional blocks and attracting negativity to myself. I've also been reading Debbie Ford's Shadow book, and would really like to fine a "the work" buddy or group if anyone knows of one.
For anyone else that is on this path, is exploring similar .. changes ect.. I'm really looking forward to getting to know you.
If anyone else can recommend threads, books, chats ect.. please do so!
