Insidious
Watched this on DVD last night and I was very impressed.I'll admit I was expecting a routine horror but really enjoyed the 'edge of the seat' suspense and sense of menace throughout.
Some elements of the film were a little predictable,especially the 'twist' at the end.But I've found the film's concept has played on my mind throughout the day and that's the mark of a good horror,very creepy with some disturbing moments.

Thank you Innerlight,I missed that 
I agree for sure with a lot of the sentiment in the thread,the film unnerved me and I don't even astral project. |

It's a Hollywood movie. They need fear and drama and suspense... You know like walking in the astral instead of thinking where you want to go.
It's just another movie trying to taint a subject in the eyes of the mass public in a poor light.
Like the movie 2012. I wonder how many times 2012 will be shown on TV this year.

And they could go a good movie about it without tainting it to be evil or wrong. Look at the movie Inception. If you haven't seen it go out and rent it right this minute. 
I don't really buy into the theories on the Crystal Skulls.
