Cool The Matrix Trilogy

Does anyone still believe albeit at an unconscious level?

I passively watched all three today. I still think the first is a better film than inception.
And in my mind only in a Matrix type world could time be compressed in dream within dream like they showed us in Inception.

HAHAHAHHAH!!

I got about two-thirds of the way through before I gave up. And I'm a big dreamer and understand dreams within dreams...but it stumped me.

I do like the concept of these types of films, but tend to be turned off by all the shooting and violence.

A film I did enjoy about lucid dreaming (without the violence) is called 'The Good Night'. I think it wasn't very popular...probably due to the lack of action/violence.

Perhaps I would understand Inception more if I stayed awake

Inception is about being able to implant an idea into someone's dreams in such a way that it cannot be traced.

In the film you notice that this process is very dangerous because it involves a great deal of risk to the minds of all involved.

I knew from the previews/ads that I would end up merely confused, and I like that mind-psych-drama thing, and especially like Leonardo D.

Only saw the 1st Matrix which fell in love with, but like lots of movies when you wait a long time and watch them again, they seem so dated, and yet...still love it.

If you listen very carefully you can hear peoples brain cells sizzling from watching inception ;)

The only part of inception I didn't appreciate was the scene where everyone has an awkward smile...you the scene I'm talking about.

Anyways just give people my explanation.

I watched the trilogy so many times. I enjoyed the second film because Neo is revealed the truth about his purpose in the Architect conversation.

We've been watching The Matrix in World Religions. Yesterday we had a discussion about it, since it has Buddhist elements in it. I didn't watch the full movie since I've missed two days but it's pretty cool. I think the idea is original. As for Inception, I don't think it is...I've thought of that idea before lol. But really I'm tired of people saying Inception is like the greatest thing ever created by mankind when it really isn't and actually gave me a headache...
