A Dead Whale Washed Ashore With 13 Pounds Of Plastic In Its Stomach
Not the first time I’ve seen reports of plastic being found in the stomachs of dead sea creatures. Plastic pollution in the worlds oceans is an emerging crisis, it’s said by environmentalists.
Various sea creatures are unable to distinguish between food & plastic.

Yes, I saw this too, Astro. We humans are ruining this planet, not just for ourselves but also for all the innocent animals who have to suffer as a result of our pollution.

It is sad and terrible. How that poor Whale must have suffered.
There is something we can all do, even if it seems like too small an act to make any difference....and that is to pick up any litter we find and dispose of it responsibly. If a billion people all did that today, what a difference it would make.
Some people, sadly don't feel love for the Earth and her creatures, and throw litter down. And even some councils are disposing of rubbish irresponsibly.

The trouble is men have no respect for the Earth they make mess and dump what they don't need everywhere.
Leaving the wildlife to pick at it not realising it is killing them. unless a human dies suffocated by plastic I can not see it change sadly.

I don't feel confident in the scientists predictions that this crisis can be easily managed! There is so much ignorance in commerce, that we can't see. This problem is growing exponentially. There are at least five crisis points in the worlds oceans!
