Feeling the sensation of flying during lucid dreams and effects while I'm awake

Hi everyone,

I haven't been on for quite a while.
I'm currently returning to restudying lucid dreaming.
I fly while I lucid dream.
I have notice since I've giving this topic more attention that during the day my while wide awake l feel like I've gone to places from the past/childhood . Far away from where I am. Like I've crossed time zones.
It's very intense.
I would love to hear your thoughts and advice as to why this happens. It doesn't concern me. It's a lovely experience. I guess I would just like to understand why it happens, and what I need to learn from it.

Any rights will be much appreciated.

Hi, don't know if this is the same but all my life I have had "glitches", flashbacks or what they now are - where I am suddenly outside childhood home/s or other places I have been, or even strange places. It happens when I am relaxed and for example working automatically. Just last all from few seconds to minutes. Never known why. Dreams - foreign places, homes but very familiar as I have dreamt of them before but never been there in life. Don't know why either. As you are dreaming have you tried to touch anything? Does it feel more real? Does it take a while longer before you are back? (In our reality?)Just curious. You don't have to answer, of course.If you happen to be with someone from the lower energy fields they have built their surrounding, I've been there. I've even been to a jail that no longer exists becaue a spirit brought me there.

Sounds wonderful with the flying experience/s. I often feel real light and as I go upwards and stay there just before my sleep but maybe we all have that.

I can relate to what you have described. The experience I have ongoing traveling to childhood places, happens during the day also not just when I'm dreaming. When I'm fully awake. Like yourself it also happens when I'm feeling relaxed. It's very random and unexpected.
It's lovely to know you can relate.

This isn't something you could bring up during a dinner party without some people rasing there eyebrows.
I am wondering if there's a reason for it.

I think maybe a strong spiritual tie or some kind or unfinished business, or maybe some thinking that needs addressing. Not sure. But very curious to find out why.

I have also dreamt of being very close to people I don't know in this world and been to places I have never been in my dreams.

Have you ever tried hypnotherapy?
I find it very helpful to clear the unconscious mind and helpful to make connections.

I have also experienced the light feeling as I'm falling asleep. And a drifting feeling like I'm returning when l am waking up.

Gee, I have nothing much to offer...just that I fly a lot astrally in so called dreams.

Hi Love and peace, that's great! Yes, agree not something you can bring to the table and talk about, LOL. I've tried meditation, and regressions (PL). I'm happy you too have this, I've felt pretty alone with it so far so good to know I'm not.
Recent time when I am about to go off, just before sleep I imagine going into the universe and it got to suddenly feel so real as if I really did and it was beautiful. I don't know if real or not, but thinking perhaps first imagine it and then somehow you're off and away?

I to fly whilst astral travelling.your post reminds me of the story of scrouge,where the father christmas takes him to different parts of his past and he flies.
that is what came into mind
