Improve eye vision remedy
I've come across a supplement doing a search for improving eyesight. It's called Revision. Some of the ingredients of the formula are listed. Three of them interest me. Huperzine-A, Alpha GPC, and Phosphatidylserine.
Has anyone had any experience with taking the Revision formula, or, any of the ingredients? And, did it improve eye and brain functions?

I would advice anyone who has problems with their eyes to see an Optician.
I would not advice anyone to buy anything, without knowing what you are

hmm
Well, I agree with Native Spirit. However, I have read that avocados are good for eye vision.
"Avocados contain lutein and zeaxanthin, two phytochemicals that are especially concentrated in the tissues in the eyes where they provide antioxidant protection to help minimize damage, including from ultraviolet light.
As the monounsaturated fatty acids in avocados also support the absorption of other beneficial fat-soluble antioxidants, such as beta-caroteneTrusted Source, adding avocados to your diet may help to reduce the risk of developing age-related macular degeneration."

Carrots are very good.
And do you know why? Because rabbits don't wear glasses!
If you have real problems with eyesight, consult an optician.
Apart from any joke, the food I eat that I see improve my eyesight are: - Carrots and melons (cantaloupe) in summer
- Pumpkins and fish oil in winter
Getting some vitamin D (sun exposure) is also important, and enough sleep.

The Bates Method helped improved my eyesight and still practicing it to this day.
My vision is not perfect but it has kept me off the prescription glass and contact lenses since 2012 if my memory is correct.

I was impressed with an older man's eyesight. He actually said, "I eat a lot of carrots" !

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
