Sending/recieving

So, I think I might be a natural sender when it comes to telepathy and not so good at receiving. I haven't really had any confirmation whether people have got my messages or not but when I send a message and I feel a connection it's sort of like my aura becomes an amplifier and I know the other person is tuned into it.. it's kinda hard to explain.. I was wondering if anyone else felt this kind of sensation when sending and/or what other sensations you feel?

I don't get any particular feelings, just confirmations like I'll be thinking of something to do with someone, if they're in my presence they will mention what it was. I don't really know if I'm receiving, I could be, another interesting thing is occasionally I'll hear a ringing in my right ear, I'll name different people when the ringing stops I know that's the person either thinking or talking about me. I believe that our thoughts affect others even if they are unaware of it.

This is weird because I've had two accidental telepathic moments with my mother this week. I go to say something but because I'm a laid back person and don't usually rush my words she said exactly the same thing as I was thinking before I was about to say it even though both times were nothing to do with the topic at hand. So yeah I think thoughts can be extremely powerful.
