Good method for autosuggestions
I would like to point out a good technique to communicate with the subconscious,
Most probably know that the subconscious communicates with symbols. A very good way to do it is to put your affirmations or commands into a linguistic box. This is another way of saying that the message should be 'coded' or 'encrypted' if you like, transformed into something else.
As an example, if you would like to grow wings and fly through the air, a good method is to go halfway some stairs, then start to dance. But first, you need to talk to the subconscious using this affirmation:
"swinging on the stairs"
Repeat this over and over, out loud if you can. Then the personal layer of your being understands this as it sounds. But your subconscious will pick up:
"sWINGINg one the stAIRs"
Wing in air.
The message should be picked up by the subconscious if you repear this over and over, until it starts to lose its meaning. Then absorption will occur.
Then dance on some stairs.
Tell me i'm crazy.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.

Interesting… great pun —- none intended…
I find my personal affirmations are like I am happy… I am bliss… they get fulfilled often.. I’m always feeling them…

What if things suddenly turn around? Change is inevitable. I mean, What if some law of the cosmos forces you back down? The cosmos is a merry-go-round after all. It makes sense in order to balance you out. Of course there's an exception, if you're freed from the wheel of karma. Then i stand corrected.

The cosmos doing it?
There is a Brilliant System written about in so many ways:
-What goes around comes around.
-You reap what you sow.
-As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is. Prov 23.
-Thoughts make the man.
- Change your thoughts change your life
- If you think you can, you are correct. If you think you can't, you are correct.
-“We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts we make the world.”
The opening of the Dhammapada -Buddhist
- Suffering (dukkha) arises from an impure mind and joy (sukha) from a pure mind...Buddhist teaching
-You are what you think, 8 min youtube, Dr. Wayne Dyer:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6JryBs7sek
You are doing it all, so am I - ie, creating all our situations. The good, the bad, and the ugly.
My understanding.

Yeah, not interpreted from some Buddhist perspective. Meaning excluding the concept of the eternal now. Thus not me bringing her down .
For example, if she would reply to my last post, she would not be free from the wheel of karma, or... This wheel of the current thread, post. < Buddhist reductionism..

Some examples of autosuggestion are:
"I am healthy and happy."
"I am successful and confident."
"I am loved and appreciated."
