Developing Telepathy and Wanting Clarity

Hi,

Last year, after meeting who I think might have been my sf/tf, I started developing telepathy. First, it started manifesting as physical and emotional, and months later, it started manifesting as words in some way. I also seem to connect with my spirit guides as well. The only thing is, at times, I have difficulty understanding what I receive in a clear way. Sometimes the messages are very clear and easy to understand, but at other times, they aren't very clear at all. Is there any way that I can develop this more so that I can understand thoughts more clearly? Are there any sort of meditations that might help? At times, I'm also receiving thoughts from multiple people at once. It can get confusing if I'm trying to focus on only one person. It also seems that some of the thoughts I receive are coming from people who I haven't met in person yet. Any advice is very much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I suggest that if you are looking for more clarity as it relates to unclear thoughts, ask your body how it feels about the 'experience'. This will connect you with an empathic aspect of the connection that the intellect is having a hard time translating for you.

Receiving information from a group is fine as long as they take turns speaking to you. It is better to understand and appreciate the information than to identify who is providing it as I see these things.

We process and evaluate information with our intellect. We receive it intuitively as a shared experience with another or a collective group. As you work with this integration process you will get better at it. Be patient with yourself.

Thanks for your reply! I'll do that next time. When I was first started learning this skill, I received something from someone saying that I was listening in on other's telepathic conversations. The only way I've come to recognize this now, is that they don't seem to be sent to me directly. It's kind of hard to describe. Sometimes, I do receive direct messages though.

When I'm speaking with a group, they do take turns, but sometimes, if I tune in, I can also listen in on side-conversations between others. Sometimes it can get confusing, but now that I've realized that they aren't sometimes speaking to me, it's gotten a bit better.
