Yes because you will certainly forget them later, maybe not the most intense ones but there will always be dreams that will "outclass" the other.
Plus, you can read your dreams when you're bored.

I've actually always wanted to see such a show on tv, as you can never accurately explain your dreams as you've experienced them.

I find that I get better clarity and remember more detail as I write down the dream than when I was dreaming so it is a useful thing to do to write down your dreams. It also helps when they come true you can always read the dream and see he timelines

Of course! I was reading my own posts and found one about a dream I had with this guy I thought was only a soulmate at the time. But now, after other dreams with him, I feel he's actually my twin flame, and reading about that dream again now makes total sense (which I didn't understand at that time; I thought it was only an ordinary dream, but it is more than that: top floor = higher self = twin flame). Today, joining all the dots/pieces together, all the past dreams with him make more sense. They were not random stuff created by my mind. They were showing me things I didn't even know yet back then.
