Time warps
I didn't know where to post this thread, but I guess in a way it relates to time travel. Anyway, for the past week I've been experiencing a very frustrating time warp. This has been my last week at my job, and I've noticed that time has slowed down. An hour feels like two, so my eight hour shifts end up feeling like 16 hour shifts! Tasks that usually eat up two hours of my time only eat up an hour. At first, I thought it was funny because I could get all my work done and then sit on the job and read. Everybody was confused on how I'd been the most productive person there and yet I still had the time to read once there was no more work left to be done. However, now it's getting a bit ridiculous.
It doesn't matter when I leave my house to get to work - early or late, I get there on time. It doesn't matter how much I preoccupy myself, or how little I look at the clock - time doesn't go by any faster! Why is this? Am I supposed to be doing something with all this "extra" time?

Time is your personal perception of objects moving through space. There is no absolute time.
So, you decide, consciously or unconsciously, time for yourself.
The compression of movement on earth, where everything moves within a very limited range of relative speed, makes it seem that we all share the same clock.
We don't. It's all different. As you are experiencing.

I think you a just feeling like time is slowing for you, because you are leaving the job... I think its prety common, you won't feel like this once you have left.. You will then be thinking of new tomorrows....
Blessings..

Time is amazing, and Kevin is right, time is subject to your perception. Would you believe that this reality's sciences, here and now, (well not no more) used to be able to send information back in time? Then one day we changed it and erased the knowledge in the past. Now they can't and do not know how. It is safer that way.

From my experience, time is a brain perception. The more intense you are or more thoughts or confusion u have, the faster goes the time. More relaxed, focused and good feelings u have, slower it gets.

"Brain" is a "mind" perception. Our bodies are formed by our perception of what is the body! ?

You've got some helpful responses on this thread. Since we are in the 3D and physical time is a reality in this dimension, I'll add my objective observation of time anomaly's such as time warps.
Since time is relative to this physical reality, it is possible for time to move forward, or backwards. What's great about physics and mathematics, is you can create a physical blue print of when a time and when anomaly's occurs. This is important in understanding physical reality and how it can be changed.
Yes we create our own reality through perception, but don't be fooled. There are objective truths related to physical reality. These truths or proofs are the very basis of time travel.
To answer your OP, you should ask yourself what do you think you should be doing with what you perceive to be extra time? Is there any need in your life for things to slow down? Use that down time for something. Maybe that's the key.
