Look at self and environment and everything. Create and project thought upon self and environment and everything. Allow thought to prevail upon self and environnent and everything. Our thoughts about self and environment and everything become our reality until we replace the thought.
Without projecting thought upon self and environnent and everything we are able to see self and environment and everything as is its inherent nature.

Through our choices and actions, thoughts, words & physical actions.
Our attitudes as well, precede these things, and we can influence those as well through observation and effect internal change.
We all create, but very often we're not aware of what we create. Often we're unaware of the internal (karmic?) forces that shape our attitudes, actions, decisions.
Spiritual progress requires we become more aware of this. IMO

By uncreating your old one. Kind of like that old parable of the statue maker, who was carving out an elephant; asked what his method was, he said that he simply cut away everything which wasn't an elephant. Cut away everything which isn't enlightenment (or isn't your dream, or isn't the person you truly want to be).

Start with listening as much as you can to Abraham- Hicks.
Really get what they are saying...absorb it, believe it, get it in
your subconscious mind so it is second nature and tested true.
I must have 18 CDs and all their books.
Also, believing, I mean believing the instructions of Jesus...
Ask, believe receive...do not worry...give him your burdens, etc....
If you believe in Jesus as the best guru/ spiritual teacher, I mean.

Thanks for your thoughts on this to all so far .
There seems to be common ground as they say in regards to one's conscious thoughts creating their reality .. and no doubt on some level this is so .
Sometimes one's reality will reflect one's desires and sometimes not . Reality remains to be for each individual when one is not consciously projecting either .
If one is not consciously aware of projecting their present reality does being consciously aware of such a reality have any president over not being consciously aware of such .
Any further thoughts .

You create it either with your thoughts, or your consciousness. Then manifestations occur which in turn creates your reality.

How does one create their reality ..
We are already creating our reality, like it or not, unconsciously from our conditioning.
To shift into conscious creation of our life and how we experience ourselves, usually the unconscious has to be brought up in awareness and changes in the programming made by some effective method.
Another way is to discover our true nature... our inner being... and let go of our conditioned mind patterns into That. Being aware in This will gradually recreate our reality in this world better than we could have imagined.
