Many moons ago I was living away and met up with some people. One lady there, decided to show us her gift of automatic writing. She would hold a piece of someone's jewellery and then form the connection. From there, she preceded to write pages and pages of automatic writing. She even used her other hand to her normal one, which was kind of a signal that she was going to be in flow when the time was coming in. Her pages of writing were really interesting, prophetic insights and also sharing vivid memories of past experiences for those in the room..

It was fun.

I think it's a wonderful idea, dream jo, if you can relax, if you can calm your mind so that the messages get through.

I sometimes do this - as if something prompts me to put everything else down and just sit there, still my mind, have a pencil in hand and a large sheet of paper. I write with my eyes closed (the same as I do when trying to write bits of dreams when I first wake up).
