Strange Monk Image Healing

The other night I became very anxious and couldnt get to sleep..

I had some discomfort in my groin area and got all paranoid about all sorts of illness...

So i paid focus on healing and all sorts of weird things began to happen....
1. I felt my whole area from hip to thigh go very tingly
2. I felt like I was about to explode or dissapear..really odd...scared me a little
3. Then after a while i had this image where i was kind of viewing myself from abouv and behind myself.....in bed..and there was this hooded person nealt beside my bed with his/her hands out above my waist..The person was wearing a brown heavy cloth hooded cloak...I couldnt see a face.
4. I got back up about 20 mins later and even though i could still feel discomfort in my groin...my anxiety had totally gone.

has anyone else experienced this kind of thing...or maybe a monk at all...would anyone have any ideas or thoughts?

Many times a guide will bring in someone else who is more knowledgeable or more skilled in the type of issue facing you at the moment. Guides are not omniscient and most are not reluctant about asking another spirit for help.

Think about it from an earthly perspective. If you had a specific medical issue you would not want your GP to guess or make a diagnosis based on something they had only read about you would want to be referred to a specialist in the area you were having an issue.

It feels like you had a need for the type of energy work the 'Monk' had a lot of experience in so your guide asked them in to assist. Guides will usually make contact and explain because they are with you for most of your life. Specialists will do their thing and move on. You have developed the ability to see and feel guides and spirit beings so, if you feel a need for further energy work of this type don’t hesitate to ask for the Monk to assist you.

I once was training with a psychic healer and we did many visualisations.

I would find myself in different situations and different time settings.

I once found myself in a kind of a Victorian workhouse and I found myself standing next to a beggar looking man. I remember him looking up at me kind of in an awestruck way and he asked me "Are you an angel?" which made me smile.

Then afterwards, as I pondered this experience, I wondered if I had somehow
come into his time frame and he had seen me/my energy and likened it to an angel.

So the question would be, whilst in a physical body can we travel out and act as healers, guides to others?
