Hahaha! I agree but unfortunately biking is not for me. :( I can learn perhaps to play the guitar... But then I tried that too and plucking hurts my fingers. I can try again maybe. :) |

Oh why? The pain cause plucking guitar not long. I guess in several days or a week your finger already accustomed. :)

In 1988 I meditated for a year
I felt like I was floating
Three or four months in I felt this cool breeze
Intuitively I directed it up and down my spine then clockwise/anticlockwise around my body
I knew this was healing energy
My mum suffered from severe back pain, so I placed my hands on her shoulders
At first the energy was freezing the pain, then after 20 minutes it become extremely hot extracting the pain
When I was a child my mum went to a spiritual healer(Gordon Higginson)

In 1986 i lived with my parents and brother in Luxemburg for 9 months. I was 8 years old, but it's still the best time of my life ever.

When I Was Sleeping My Body Jerked The Same Time His Body Jerked
We Went To The Local Church And He Was Engaging With People
Then To A Car Boot Sale
I Suddenly Felt His Body Was Absorbed Into My Body
I Was Completely Dazed
