I had been looking for something to quiet my mind, and I came across a blog post from Baba Ram Dass. He mentioned how he chants "Ram" and how it helps him, so I decided to try it. It has worked amazingly well, and I've noticed a lot of synchronicities, since I've been doing it. For instance, I had a music station on t.v., and several of the songs were similar or in relation to spirituality. Some song called "Rambo" came on and Steely Dan's "Bodhisattva" did, as well. I was thinking that I wanted chocolate and a second later, looked up at the t.v. and there was a Russell Stover commercial. Then, later on, my mother brought home chocolate chip cookies. I feel great since doing this chanting, and the synchronicities show me that I'm on the right path.
