Moral is several stages removed from the source. Like wondering if the universe is joyful and kind.

Pure Spirit is Love. Love is the living, motivating force behind all existence. Morality is one aspect of that Love, yes, as is joy and kindness.

In terms of morality, it really all starts from ourselves. Any outside agency that may influence our karma is often not perceptible to us, and so not within the realm of reason and logic.
