can AP or lucid dreaming lead to developing PTSD?

First of all, I am so sorry to hear that someone killed your dogs! That brought tears to my eyes and my heart sank for you. I can't fathom how anyone can do such a thing.

I'm also sorry you were stalked. It feels like rape in a psychological way. I'm just so sorry you had to experience this.

Thank you for letting me know that I can simply fall backwards in those dreams and return to a waking state. This makes a lot of sense to me, so I will certainly remember this.

Glad to help. Hope falling backwards works for you. Let me know if it doesn't because I personally now use a different technique that I don't mind sharing. The falling back is pretty universal though. I haven't run into a situation where it hasn't worked. Good luck!

And thanks! What you say is definitely true. Wasn't an easy situation. All of this happened a lifetime ago, though. I've had a couple a great pups since then that have already passed over after a long happy life. All is well for me and has been for years and years (and years). Thanks for the kind words!

if its lucid dreams why dont you just change your surroundings? maybe im missing something, but wouldnt that be the easiest fix? lol
