Has a crystal ever seemed less live once you were out of the store?

Some of the crystals, gems, stones have felt lifeless upon a return to them after leaving them at the counter while doing other searching through the store. Others have felt that way after getting home as well.

My thoughts went in strange directions to explain this, but after they had some time in the sun along with a day away, the crystals seemed to be better.

As my familiarity grows so shall my understanding,



Have you ever had something seem to lose its mojo after a time?

I don't believe they actually lose power, but I get that all the time, mostly a few days after bringing them home. It is rather that we get in tune with them -that is their job after all- so we feel them less, but they are the same as ever unless you do something that harms them.

Also, some people (unknowingly or by ignorance) actually drain the energy from crystals; we are supposed to get in tune with them, not absorb their energy.

Please note that some crystals and stones can lose their color or even crack when exposed to direct sunlight. Moonlight is the safest.
