Contacting my spirit guide thru hypnosis...

Hello. I have been trying to contact my spirit guide using a hypnosis recording, and have had some success. I haven't had a conversation, exactly, but I felt a definite presence with me. The first time I simply had a sense that I wasn't alone. The second time, I felt a sort of "hand" over my hand and my baby's hand (who was sleeping by me and resting her hand on mine) and it was. Very comforting feeling. The third time (today) I felt the presence again and I felt a tapping on my chest--over my heart/under my collar bone. I'm wondering Bout that... I'm also wondering about who my guide is, if I have more than one, if this is an ancestor, and if she is my daughter's spirit guide, too. Lots to wonder about... I also am wondering if there is a way to have clearer contact with my guide... The hypnosis is amazing, but it does feel like once I feel the presence, it is too soon bringing me back. Maybe I could just try to pause it or rewind it? It's hard to be aware of that though...

This is new to me...I would love some feedback, or input on how to strengthen this conncection/further the communication.
