Hello All
Hi everyone! Doing my first post here for 2014 at my old stomping grounds! How's the obe's shaken? New techniques forming? Feel free to chime in and do tell how its going. As for me I've been wandering a bit with energies and dabbling with RV.

Feels a lot quieter that a few years ago. That is a good thing in a way as the spiritual become more spiritual. How goes it with you? I trust your obe's are stronger and richer? |

Sometimes I ap and sometimes I do not ap. There are times when I do not make an effort to ap. I get lazy. At the moment I am not trying to ap as I have a cold. I am a lot better than yesterday. I am hoping I will be well enough to try to ap tomorrow night. I think it would be easier to lucid dream. I have not made a big effort to lucid dream as I am too focused on trying to ap.
