Early morning experience...

Hello everyone

I am a biginner to AP.And after watching so many AP video and article tried ap today morning at 5 .00AM.
I was listening to a astral projection music almost 20min but nothing happen so I stopped the music and went to sleep and tried AP.After some time I feel a vibration in my body and found myself in a unknown place the first person I recognised is my cousin sister.then I hugged her and felt the warmth of love ....everything was happening very smoothly... and I was able to feel everything around me and suddenly I ran all over the house (unknown) and was very happy and laughing ...kissing....hugging...and playing with colour powers..every one are unknown.and some times after I feel the same vibration in my body and every thing just vanished.
this was my experience for the first time I felt this.can any body help me to understand what was this ??? AP ??? Lucid dreaming ??? Just a dream ??? Or I am psychologically **** ???

But overall this was awesome... :-)

It's not important what it was,after every experience it's wise to ask yourself what can i learn from it?What lesson is there?There is little difference between lucid dram and AP.When you know you're in lucid dream,just think of astral,and you will go there.Think: "i wan't to astral project!" or "move to point consciousness!" It's just a shift of reality frames.
