Something slightly troubling happened. it's not a biggie but these things happen and - well - I sleep on them and see if they still trouble. And sometimes they don't.

This one - the setting is - I car share with another two people, a man and a woman. The woman has been poorly all week. She was off work Monday / Tuesday. And then in work Wednesday - not car-sharing so she could control when she worked.

I made a few goofy comments when i saw her - she looked awful and I said words to that effect - meaning "Oh you poor thing" but it went down badly. Not a big deal.

But I heard her husband was away, and she has children at home - teenagers. And i know from carsharing that her way is to grab a meal on the way home.

So, i was sitting there on Wednesday evening thinking - hm - tomorrow I have to drive, she will drive, her husband is away and I could pop to the shop at lunchtime and save her a job. I sent her a text message to this effect, marginally annoyed with myself for not thinking of it sooner, slightly wishing she had asked for help but - well some people don't like to.

A couple of hours later, I sensed her energy, raging hostile and angry and I sent it packing as it was quite strange. But it was at that moment that a very nice text message arrived saying in effect thanks but no thanks.

And I'm not sure what or whom I engaged with, certainly it was a shadow aspect of her, I'm not sure why it emerged when it did or what I activated.

She's been ok with me about the office, she's not well and so I'm not looking to read into anythign that is not there, I am just confused with the woosh of difficult / hostile / angry / nasty energy that I engaged with.

Anyone able to shed any light?
