Ratio of people: With EMP - No EMP

In my travels I have come across few other telepaths (People whom have Electro-magnetic perception).

The ratio of people that have EMP to those that don't can only be guessed at present.

To give others a rough idea, however only from my experiences:

1 person with EMP to every 10,000, 30,000+ that don't have EMP.

I travelled to the isle of Wight recently, while there it was notable that there where only two other telepaths that I was aware of on the island and whom where also aware of me.

As one might expect we can sense each other the distance is limited to about typically 120meters.

I'm still studying hard to prove the my thesis based on science. If the facts ever come out individual that have EMP need not face persecution for having extra sensory perception that others cannot understand.

I suspect too that a person whom I work with too has a week EMP ability, she does not fully understand it though.? Not sure she hides it well possibly as she does not wish to look out of place and potentially be labelled as crazy.

The research presses on.
