Psychic attack

I don't even get the concept of psychic attack, I want myself to make psiballs but I must aware of the term psychic attack! Can anyone tell me what it is? And when this attack happen? And for what reason? :)

"Psychic attacks" are basically mental energy being directed from one to another, causing a series of problems with the person being targeted (such as sickness, confusion, loss of energy, fatigue, ect).

What Scorpio said is correct, and if you use daoist practices, just use their way of protection. Spiral energy down clockwise, and up anticlockwise.
As you get stronger energetically, protecting is less of an issue. Besides, it is fairly simple to remove any unwanted energy from you systems.
