The reason it was posted under Manifesting, Creating & Law of Attraction is for those who ask why it is not working for them ...

This was not the purpose of posting it in this section ...
Another thought is balance ...
I find it best to look at issues from both sides ...
It could be destiny or manifesting ...
We never know how good or bad will come ...
I also think its best to be careful by taking ego/greed out of the equation when trying to attract money ...
I'm surprised this was not deduced ...

LOA isn't something I'm an expert on by any stretch of the imagination which is why I'm asking questions. I am looking for answers

I'm surprised at "destiny" being your answer ...
It is redundant/repetitive; it is the same as LOA, manifesting, creating ...
The title of the forum was sufficient ...
LOA & destiny both require willful participation ...
It seems like you're actually referring to luck, good fortune, being blessed, etc ...
The man may have experience or knowledge on how he drew his numbers ...
Others may want to learn it ...

livingkarma - the density reference was a question - not an answer. As I say, I'm seeking. And perhaps you can help me unpack LOA vs destiny.
