friend asked for help with new house, scary

Ok so I'm an empath, psychic and I have esp, iv had issues with spirits and had to have people gt rid of them. Iv come along way because I know no matter what I'm protected by the angels and god. One of my best friends bought a house, the first second I went in it I knew something was there. He's not a beliver so I didn't say anything. I went there tonight, (they moved in there a week and a half ago) and he's terrified, said the one room upstairs freaks him out and when its dark he feels something. He asked me to get rid of it for him, but I feel like it isn't my place to do so, I know I have those gifts, but frombeing a tiny bit scared and just a feeling of he has to be the one to do it. I looked up a prayer that says its the strongest to rid the house and I wrote it down while I was there for him. I also read that he should get seasalt and put it in a bowl in the middle of the room and then throw it away outside but what's the most effective? And should I do it?

If you feel it needs cleansing and you cant do it yourself ask someone from a spiritulist church to do it for you.you could smudge the house with sage smudge sticks you can get them from anywhere that sells insence sticks or spiritual store salt in little bowls in the corner of every room can also help but if its spirit thats there,you need a medium to move it on.
