Hi, if anyone is unsure if someone is their twin flame...try to meet them in the astral plane.
If you are in seperation there are sites explaining how to do this.
If you somehow at some point start spinning around each other and create what is called a "double helix"...this definitely your twin flame.
Don't ask me any more questions...this is all I know so far. I thought it was a merkabah..but it is in fact a "double helix", for all I know it could be the same thing but this TF thing is called a double helix specifically.
